Today we are getting loads of sensory fun and really dipping our hands in the colors and germs. If it's pretty outside, this is a great opportunity to get a little fresh air.
Toddler -
Lesson: Numbers & Counting
Theme: COLOR PLAY
Language / Recognizing (listening & responding)
Color (Flash Cards)

Gross Motor (coordination, big movements)
Play-dough # making (asking, "what #")
Arts & Crafts
Whipped colors (they will love pushing the paint around through the foaminess using their fingers or a stick - you can use whipped cream or shaving cream)


Music & Reading (to help give the mind a study break)

Lesson: Writing Skills & Inverse Lower Case Letters
Theme: GERMS
(1st half of week focuses on our hands, 2nd half on our teeth)

Brush That Tooth art project (w/paint) - Have an old toothbrush? Before tossing it, let them use it as a fun alternative to a paint brush for this project.

Crafting Notes:
Glitter OR Cinnamon Germ Hand Washing = Have them rub lotion on their hands, then dip their hands in either glitter or cinnamon. Explain how these are like the invisible germs on our hands. And have them wash until they're all clean.
